Experience and References <br />Provide relevant development experience, particularly in renovation and reuse <br />projects with public agencies. Each comparable development should detail the <br />following information listed below. Provide information on at least three projects <br />and no more than five. Please utilize the Project Summary Form (Exhibit B) for each <br />project. <br />1. Location and name of project. <br />2. Total development scope and size (including new uses, infrastructure <br />improvements, seismic retrofit, asbestos /lead abatement, accessibility <br />improvements, if applicable). <br />3. Development schedule including explicit identification of time allotted for public <br />processes and entitlements. <br />4. Property acquisition cost and project construction /renovation costs. <br />5. The amounts of debt and equity funds used to finance the project. Please <br />provide contact information for the lender and equity providers for the project. <br />6.
