California: <br />Original contract dates: 7/1/93 - 6/30/96 <br />Contract renews: 7/1/01 — 6/30/02 (fourth renewal) <br />Contract renewal: 7/1/02 — 10/15/06 <br />CMCMC provided comprehensive health care services for the Adult <br />Detention Facility (375 inmates) and two (2) Juvenile Detention Facilities <br />(100 minors) including primary and specialty physicians; inpatient, <br />outpatient and ancillary services; on -site intake triage; sick call; "man- <br />down" emergency services; on -site psych clinics; on -site dental clinics; <br />emergency crisis intervention and evaluation; over the counter and long <br />term medications and supplies; off -site laboratory services; on -site <br />radiology services; quality assurance and continuous quality improvement <br />activities; utilization management; policy and procedure development; and <br />overall program administration.
