III. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The following services will be scheduled and paid for on a per -use basis. <br />These services will not be connected or billed together with any other <br />services in this proposal.. <br />A. REPAIR OF DENTURES, DENTAL PLATES, PARTIAL PLATES <br />CMCMC will utilize the services of Glidewell Laboratories located in <br />Newport Beach, California, for all repairs of dentures, dental plates and <br />partial plates. <br />B. RADIOLOGY SERVICES <br />CMCMC will, if at all possible, perform all routine radiology services on- <br />site at the Jail. On -site services will include chest x -rays to rule out TB <br />and x -rays to rule out routine fractures. These services will continue to be <br />provided through Diagnostic Lab X -Ray. All x -rays will be taken by a <br />registered technician and read by a licensed Radiologist. <br />Emergency radiology services or services that cannot be provided on -site <br />will be provided by Western Medical Center, Santa Ana. <br />Reports will be delivered to the medical department within 24 hours. <br />Upon receipt, all STAT results will be communicated to the on -call <br />physician/NP, All results will be reviewed and placed in the medical <br />record. Documentation will include both the review and plan of action, if <br />indicated. <br />C. OPHTHALMOLOGY SERVICES <br />CMCMC has obtained the services of Margaret Taw, M.D. and Triet <br />Nguyen, M.D., for the provision of emergency ophthalmology services, <br />City of Santa Ana Jail -35- <br />Propasal for Inmate Medical Services <br />Rf N 07 -062 <br />25J -50 <br />
