Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2013 -01 <br />July 22, 2013 <br />Page 5 <br />CEQA Compliance <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act ( "CEQA ") and the State CEQA <br />Guidelines, the adoption of this ordinance is exempt from CEQA review pursuant to 14 California <br />Code of Regulations section 15061(b)(3), in that the proposed amendment to the Zoning Code will not <br />have a significant effect on the environment.
