Consequently, this request stems from the receiver's intent to sell the property to <br />Genesis Real Estate Group. The details surrounding the receivership, Genesis Real Estate Group and <br />the development project are attached in the Planning Commission staff report (Exhibit A). The <br />Planning Commission made no changes to the terms of the agreement outlined in Exhibit A. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />J y .
