Outreach to Minority /Women Owned Businesses <br />As a participating jurisdiction the City has adopted certain affirmative steps to insure maximum <br />feasible participation in HOME- and CDBG- funded projects by minority business enterprises, <br />women's business enterprises, labor surplus area firms and other small businesses.
