Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute <br /> a cooperative agreement, subject to non-substantive changes <br /> approved by the Executive Director and Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br /> AGMT - Between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the <br /> City of Santa Ana in the amount of $600,000 for a one-year term for the <br /> implementation of the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS <br /> Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program <br /> 2.
