As Amended <br /> QUARTERLY REPORT OF CONTRACTS <br /> ENTERED INTO BY THE EXECUTIVE <br /> DIRECTOR <br /> CONTINUED TO <br /> <br /> <br /> ACTING-EXEC-UN E DIRECTOR <br /> <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br /> Receive and file the Quarterly Report of Contracts entered into between January 1, 2013 and <br /> March 31, 2013, valued at $25,000 and less. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> <br /> On October 6, 2008, the Housing Authority increased the Executive Director's authority to execute <br /> agreements from an amount not to exceed $10,000 to $25,000. Agreements valued at greater than <br /> $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the City <br /> Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November of 2006. The authority granted <br /> to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing Authority at a <br /> public meeting on all such agreements with the names of contractors and the amounts of each <br /> contract.
