Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute a cooperative agreement <br /> between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana in the <br /> amount of $600,000 for a one-year term for the implementation of the Housing Opportunities <br /> for Persons with AIDS Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, subject to non-substantive <br /> changes approved by the Executive Director and Authority General Counsel. <br /> <br /> 2. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute a cooperative agreement <br /> with AIDS Services Foundation Orange County in an amount not to exceed $12,000 for a <br /> one-year term to administer the wait list for the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, <br /> subject to non-substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and Authority <br /> General Counsel. <br />
