L29 HUD Requirements <br />A. The Agreement and the HAP contract shah be interpreted and implemented in <br />accordance with all statutory requirements, and with all HUD requirements, <br />including amendments or changes in HUD requirements. The owner agrees to <br />comply with aii such laws and HUD requirements <br />13. HUD requirements are requirements that apply to the project-based voucher <br />program.
