Effective Date of the. Agreement: The Agreement must be executed <br />promptly after PHA notice of proposal selection to the owner has been <br />given. The PHA. may not enter this Agreement with the owner until any <br />required subsidy layering review has been performed and an <br />environmental review has been satisfactorily completed in accordance <br />with I-IUD requirements. <br />B. A project may either be a single-stage ar multi-stage project. A single- <br />. stage project will have the same Agreement effective data for all contract <br />units.
