APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2014 -31 - Accepting funds from the Wintersburg Presbyterian Church in the amount of $20,000 into the Select Street Construction Fund revenue account and appropriating the same into the Select Street Construction Fund expenditure account for the traffic signal installation at Fairview Street and Edna Drive. 20D AMEND AGREEMENT WITH SIERRA PACIFIC ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL LED MAST ARM STREETLIGHTS AND APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON TO PROVIDE NO -COST FUNDING - Public Works Agency MOTION: 1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the following agreements, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney: AGMT NO. 2013 -135— AMENDMENT - With Sierra Pacific Electrical Contracting to increase compensation by $15,000 to provide and install an additional 22 Mast Arm LED streetlights, for a total amount not to exceed $715,000. AGMT NO. 2013 -136 - With Southern California Edison to provide no- cost funding through On -Bill Financing for 61 Mast Arm LED streetlights. 2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
