Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within first Month and a half of training. <br />2. Objective 2 <br />Handling of incoming data to include scanning and indexing of 50 <br />documents <br />Production of various reports from server based program and website. <br />Learn to produce and distribute letters <br />Introduction to the SURE-TRACK database program and its interface <br />with word processing, spreadsheets and email <br />Measurement Method: Q & A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. Objective 3 <br />Learning specifics of insurance as it relates to individual client 300 <br />requirements. <br />Learning to interpret the various certificate and endorsement forms as <br />to how they apply to these requirements. Instruction in entering derived <br />facts into the database program, and understanding its output <br />Measurement Method: Q & A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4.
