Attendance by either Project Manager <br />or Project Director. <br />— Budget: $800 <br />IN -HOUSE TECHNICAL STUDIES <br />NOISE AND VIBRATION <br />There are no changes to this task. <br />AIR QUALITY AND GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS <br />There are no changes to this task. <br />HAZARDS ASSESSMENT <br />Work to Complete <br />An addendum report to the Initial Site Assessment for Warner Avenue Widening between Main Street and Grand <br />Avenue dated October 2009 will be prepared for an additional 4 parcels not included in the original assessment <br />and revisions to another 11 parcels (expanded portions) not located within the site boundaries of the original <br />assessment. The following tasks will be completed for the new parcels for the project: database search and record <br />review, site inspection, data review and report preparation. An evaluation of business environmental risk <br />associated with a parcel of commercial real estate may necessitate investigation beyond that identified in this <br />environmental site assessment. <br />— Additional budget: $3,335 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SUBCONSULTANTS <br />Historic Resources (Urbana) <br />■ Requires update to the report to include additional properties identified for City acquisition and replacement of <br />outdated exhibits. <br />— Additional budget: $ 3,200 <br />
