Following the three projects <br />presented, we provide you with additional project experience. References for all projects are <br />provided in the reference section of this proposal. <br />1. City of Rio Dell <br />CPS HR completed an agency -wide classification and total compensation study for the City in 2010, <br />and received very positive feedback from the city. Since then, we have also completed various <br />follow -up classification and compensation studies as positions are added or reassigned. All <br />projects were completed within the agreed -upon timeframes. Contact information for this project <br />is provided within the reference section of this proposal. <br />2. City of Berkeley <br />CPS HR has been retained by the City of Berkeley to conduct a number of classification and <br />compensation studies for various classifications in various City departments. The objectives of <br />these studies have been to determine if the City's current classification structure is appropriate to <br />meet the City's needs, if selected positions are appropriately classified, and to identify <br />compensation levels that will enable the City to be competitive within its labor market. <br />3. The City of Roseville's Electric Utility Department <br />The City of Roseville's Electric Utility Department (Roseville Electric) requested that CPS HR conduct: <br />CPS HR = CONSULTING Page 19 <br />
