July 1, 2012 - June <br />30, 2013 salary costs are based on total hours worked that includes <br />anticipated furlough hours for Workforce Specialist II and Fiscal Specialist <br />positions. <br />(2) Employee Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, life <br />insurance, and long-term disability insurance.
