Subparagraph 19.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />-19.1 Maximum Contractual Obligation: <br />The total maximum obligation of COUNTY under this Agreement shall not <br />exceed the amount of $1,000,000; the amount of $200,000 for March 7, 2012 <br />through June 30, 2012, and the amount of $800,000 for July 1, 2012 through <br />June 30, 2013, or actual allowable costs, whichever is less. <br />2. Paragraph 14 of Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"14.
