Growth Sector A. Submit 3 monthly reports, detailing B Task B: 'roject Manager submits quarterl Quarter Implementation April - June 2013 1. Steering Committee- A. Develop an agenda and prepare for and facilitate up to three planning meetings to: i. Review program progress and evaluate implementation areas that need improvement. ii. Make improvements in articulation, transfer processes, curriculum and workshops to meet student and business needs as needed. 2. Intake, Recruitment and Assessment- A. Create and implement Recruitment Plan with the goal of recruiting 70 (35 per C.C.) students B. Conduct Case Management, Intake, Assessment and Recruitment. 3. On the Job Training Outreach- A. Conduct outreach to 10 new employers to include up to 10 follow up meetings B. Identify and develop 20-30 internship opportunities with potential employers. 4. Activity Reports- A. Submit 3 monthly reports, detailing activities, progress and outcomes. B. Project Manager submits one report detaili cram activities and Task Quarter Implementation July- September 2013 1. Develop and implement Intro to Engineering Course, Train the Trainer course and Career Exploration for up to 140 students. iii. Review curriculum to ensure that SSTI and UCI student credit is received. 2. Deliver Summer Orientation to Engineering with CSUF and partner colleges for up to 70 students. 3. Intake, Recruitment and Assessment- A. Enroll and assess 70 (35 per C.C.) students. B.
