<br />working directly or indirectly on any inoured'm behalf are performing operations if the "pollutants" are
<br />brought on or to the premises, site or location in connection with such operations by such insured,
<br />contractor orsubcontractor However, this subparagraph does not apply to�
<br />(i) "Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the escape of fuels, lubricants or other operating
<br />fluids which are needed to perform the normal e�eoLricai hydraulic or mechanical functions necessary
<br />for the operation nf"mobile equipment'orits parts, if such fuels, lubricants orother operating fluids
<br />escape from evehicCepart designed hmhold, store mrreceive them. This exception does not apply if
<br />the "bodily i jur/'or^pmpertydamage"arieeeoutoftheintantiona|diauherge,dispensa|urna|easeof
<br />the fuels, lubricants orother operating 8uidn, urifsuch fuels, lubricants or other operating fluids are
<br />brought on or to the pnamiaem, site or location with the intent that they be diacharged, dispersed or
<br />released as part of the operations being performed by such insured, contractor or subcontractor-,
<br />(ii) "Bodily irjury" or "property damage" sustained within e building and caused by the release of
<br />gases, fumes orvapors from materials brought into that buHding in connection with opemafiona being
<br />performed byyou oronyour behalf byacontractor orsubcontractor; or
<br />(iii) "Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of heat, smoke or fumes from a "hostile fire".
<br />(e)Adorfrom any pnamieeo, site or location on which any insured or any contractors mrsubcontractors
<br />working directly or indirectly on any inaured's behalf are performing operations if the operations are to
<br />test for, monihmr, clean up, remove, oontain, tmamd, detoxify or neutraUze, or in any way respond to, or
<br />assess the effects of, "poUutonta"
<br />(2) Any loss, cost or expense arising out of any:
<br />(a) Request, demand, order or statutory or regulatory requirement that any insured or others test for,
<br />monitor, clean up, mamove, contain, treat detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond to, or assess the
<br />effects of, "po0utants';or
<br />¢8 Claim or "suit" by or on behalf ofa governmental authority for damages because of testing for,
<br />mmnitoring, cleaning mp, removing, oontmining, treating, detoxifying or neutma0zing, or in any way
<br />responding to, mrassessing the effects of, '^pmUutsmte°
<br />However, this paragraph does not apply to liability for damages because of"property damage" that the
<br />insured would have in the absence of such nequent, demand, order or statutory or regulatory
<br />requinenxent, or such claim or "suit" by or on behalf ofa governmental authority.
<br />g. Aircraft, Auto O,r Watercraft
<br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others
<br />of any aircraft, "auto" or watercraft owned or operated by or rented orloaned tn any insured. Use includes
<br />operation and "loading uran|oading~
<br />This exclusion applies oven if the claims against any insured m|teg* negligence or other wrongdoing in the
<br />supemisiom, hihmQ, emp|oyment, tna�ming or monitoring of others by that inoored, if the "occurrence" which
<br />caused the "bodily injury" or"property damage" involved the ownemhip, maintenance, use orentrustment to
