<br />13. "Occurrence" means an accident, including continuous orrepeated exposure tosubstantially the same general
<br />harmful conditions.

<br />e. Oral or written pub|icadon, in any menner, of material that violates o person's right of privacy;

<br />g. Infringing upon another's copyright, trade dress uro�ogam in your "advertisement".
<br />15. "Pollutants" mean any solid, |iquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot,
<br />fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed.
<br />18.^Products-comp|etadoperations hezard":
<br />a. Includes all "bodily injury" and "property damage" occurring away from premises you own orrent and arising
<br />out of"your product" or"your work" except:
<br />(1)Products that are still inyour physical posoemsion�or
<br />(2)Work that has not yet been completed orabandoned. However, "your work" will bedeemed completed et
<br />the earliest ofthe following times:
<br />(e)When all otthe work called for inyour contract has been completed.
<br />(b) When all of the work to be done mtthe job site has been completed if your contract calls for work at
<br />more than one job site.
<br />(c) When that part of the work done at e job site has been put to its intended use by any person or
<br />organization other than another contractor or subcontractor working on the same project.
<br />Work that may need aorvioa` maintenance, corrmoion, repair orreplacement, but which is otherwise
<br />complete, will be treated as completed.
<br />b. Does not include "bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of:
<br />(1)The transportation ofproperty, unless the injury ordamage arises out ofacondition hnoronmvehicle not
<br />owned or operated by you, and that condition was created by the 1nading or unloading"' of that vehicle by
<br />mnyinsuned�
<br />(2) The existence of tools, uninstalled equipment or abandoned or unused materials; or
<br />(3) Products or operations for which the classification, listed in the Omdmradone or in a policy aohedu|e,
<br />states that products- oomp|eted operations are subject tothe General Aggregate Limit.
<br />17."Property damage" means:
<br />a. Physical injury to tangible pnoperty, including all resulting loss of use of that property. All such loss of use
<br />shall bedeemed Looccur otthe time ofthe physical �njurythat caused ��or
<br />b. Loss ofuse of tangible property that is not physically injured. All such |ooe of use shall be deemed to occur at
<br />the time nfthe "ocourrmnoe/'that caused it.
<br />For the purposes of this insurance, electronic data is not tangible property.
<br />As used in this definition, electronic data moans hmformation, facts or programsRiadbyeated or used
<br />on, or transmitted to or from computer software, including systems and apphua0omu software, hard or floppy
