Ti iret�ma - <br />Instrtute <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />Between <br />Rancho Santiago Community College District <br />Corporate Training Institute <br />And <br />The City of Santa Ana <br />Parks and Recreation Services -Library Division <br />I. Terms of Memorandum of Understanding <br />Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD), through its <br />Corporate Training Institute and Digital Media Center, will work in <br />partnership with the City of Santa Ana Parks and Recreation Services -Library <br />Division (PRCSA) on the development and implementation of an at -risk youth <br />training and internship program in the digital media sector for the period of <br />July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. <br />II. The City of Santa Ana Parks and Recreation Services Deliverables <br />1. The City of Santa Ana via its Parks and Recreation Services -Library Division <br />(PRCSA) will pay RSCCD Corporate Training Institute up front for all fees <br />incurred on a quarterly basis for curriculum development and delivery of training <br />services for students. <br />2. Santa Ana PRCSA will provide facilities where training can be conducted. <br />Graphic Arts training will be conducted at library facilities, as will Scriptwriting <br />and Web Design. TV and video production will be conducted at the City of Santa <br />Ana cable TV production studios. <br />3. Santa Ana PRCSA will provide equipment, reference materials, software and <br />hardware for all digital media courses. <br />4. Santa Ana PRCSA will provide 10 months of varying degrees of work <br />experience in media production for students during, and upon completion <br />of their vocational training period. <br />III. RSCCD Corporate Training Institute <br />1. RSCCD Corporate Training Institute will provide customized training curriculum in <br />the areas of Video Production, Web Design, Graphic Arts, Scriptwriting, <br />Digital Music Production and Marketing, which will include soft skills workshops. <br />
