Pay Rates — The Orange County Conservation Corps using WIA governed grant funding <br />will pay rates based on the most recent Regional Market Rate Ceiling for California <br />Childcare Providers issued by the California Department of Public Social Services. <br />OTHER (i.e., tools, uniforms, car repair) <br />1. If an estimate is unavailable, <br />a waiver is required. A number of <br />AUTO REPAIRS <br />$500.00 <br />small repairs may be paid if <br />supported with written justification <br />but the cumulative cost may not <br />exceed the maximum amount. <br />Reimbursement for books that is <br />essential to participant completing <br />$400.00 <br />college or vocational training <br />courses. Courses must result in <br />BOOKS <br />Twice yearly, not to exceed <br />credential attainment or employment <br />maximum <br />earnings gain.
