(28 CFR 35.102.104 American Disabilities Act Title II) <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DESCRIPTIONS <br /> <br />The Agenda descriptions provide the public with a general summary of the items of business to <br />Recommended <br />be considered by the Council. The Council is not limited in any way by the <br />Action <br /> and may take any action, which the Council deems to be appropriate on an Agenda <br />item. Except as otherwise provided by law, no action shall be taken on any item not appearing <br />in the agenda. <br /> <br />All supporting documentation for this Agenda is available for public review in the Clerk of the <br />Council Office during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br />The Clerkâs Office is located in City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Room 809, Santa Ana, <br />California, (714) 647-6520. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Sec. 54954.3, the public may comment on any agenda item <br />under consideration by the City Council, and on any other matters under the Council's <br />jurisdiction. To speak, please register by submitting a completed "Request to Speak" form to <br />the Clerk of the Council. Speaker forms are available on the speaker's podium and Chamber <br />Lobby. <br /> <br /> , <br />To speak on an itemon the Agenda enter the Agenda item number on your speaker form. The <br />Mayor will call your name when that Agenda item is considered. <br /> <br />, <br />To speak on non-Agenda items check the Public Comments box on your speaker form. The <br />Mayor will call your name during the Public Comments portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />When speaking, please state your name and address. Limit your remarks to three (3) minutes. <br />The number of speakers and allotted time may be limited at the discretion of the City Council. <br /> <br />TELEVISED MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Adelphia Cable <br />Regular City Council meetings are televised live on Santa Ana <br />Channel 3 <br />and broadcast Mondays at 6:00 p.m., Tuesdays immediately following <br />the Council Meeting at 10:00 a.m., Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., and Sundays at <br />1:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Three (3) videotape copies of the Council meeting cable broadcast are available <br />for public circulation at the Santa Ana Main Library the day after the Council <br /> <br />meeting <br /> <br />AGENDA & MINUTES ON INTERNET <br /> <br />City Council Meeting Agenda and Minutes are available the Friday before a <br />Council meeting at the following website address: www.ci.santa-ana.ca.us <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA 2 MARCH 1, 2004 <br /> <br />
