APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FEMA ASSISTANCE TO <br />FIREFIGHTER GRANT PROGRAM <br /> <br /> Recommended Action: <br /> <br /> Approve appropriation adjustment. <br />(Requires five affirmative votes.) <br /> <br />Approve an Appropriation Adjustment No. 04-115 - Accepting $113,300 <br />from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Assistance to <br />Firefighters Grant, and transferring $48,557 from Fire Department as the <br />City’s matching requirement, and appropriating the $161,857 to the FEMA <br /> <br />Grant account for the acquisition of Vehicle Exhaust Removal Systems. <br /> <br />20.C. ALLOCATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 EMERGENCY SHELTER <br />GRANT FUNDS <br /> <br /> <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and <br />Housing Commission on March 2, 2004 by a 6-0 vote (Rodriguez absent) <br /> <br /> Recommended Action: <br /> <br />1. Allocate $312,279 in fiscal year 2004-2005 Emergency Shelter <br />Grant funds as recommended. <br /> <br />2.
