Adopt a resolution approving Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 2013-04 as conditioned. <br />4. Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2013-03 as conditioned. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Request of the Applicant <br />Lyon Community Development is requesting approval to construct a new 254-unit multi-family <br />residential development at 1901 East First Street. Specifically, the applicant is requesting to amend <br />provisions of the existing First and Cabrillo Towers development agreement, approval of a vesting <br />tentative tract map, site plan review approval and approval of an addendum to the certified <br />environmental impact report. <br />Protect Location and Site Description <br />The subject property is a 5.18-acre parcel of land that is located at the northeast corner of First <br />Street and Cabrillo Park Drive. The site previously contained a two-story, 75,300 square foot <br />building that was recently demolished to accommodate the proposed project. A four-level, 669- <br />space parking structure that served the previous development was preserved and will be <br />integrated into the design of the proposed project. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75A-5
