Services <br />Miguel Hernandez, OCCCO <br />Ron Gonzalez, OC Register <br />• APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />o Minutes of July 28, 2013 accepted as presented <br />• PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br />o None <br />• REVIEW STATUS OF ADULT EDUCATION CENTER AT CENTENNIAL PARK <br />o Gerardo Mouet provided a summary handout and presented the background <br />of Centennial Park Deed Restrictions and the Career Education Center land <br />lease and extension. <br />• Original 30 year land lease for 2.8 acres expired in 2009. <br />• Five year extension will expire on November 5, 2014. <br />ee Purpose to explore Land Conversion <br />❖ City submitted require documents to the National Park Service. <br />10 <br />PREY Regular Meeting Page 1 August 19, 2013 <br />13B -1 <br />
