That the granting of a variance will not adversely affect the General <br />Plan of the City. <br />I. The granting of the variance will not adversely affect the <br />CKys General Plan land use designation of District Center <br />(DC). <br />C. Tentative Tract Map No. 16217 is consistent with the goals and objectives <br />of the General Plan designation to preserve and stabilize residential <br />neighborhoods. <br />On October 22, 2001 by a vote of 6:0 (Mondo absent) the Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend the City Council adopt a <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 16217. <br />2. The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />Improvements are consistent with the District Center land use <br />designation of the General Plan and are otherwise consistent with <br />all other elements of the General Plan and any applicable specific <br />plans. <br />I. The proposed subdivision creates four lots with three of the <br />lots to be used for 86 live -work units and one lot to be used <br />as a surface parking area consistent with the District Center <br />designation provisions. <br />3. The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable <br />requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes, as well as other <br />applicable City ordinances. <br />I. The proposed subdivision conforms to the minimum <br />condominium requirements, as well as meets the letter and <br />intent of the State of California Subdivision Map Act <br />provisions. <br />4. The project site is physically suitable for the type and density of the <br />proposed project. <br />I.
