Resolution and Ordinance Adopting <br />Updated California and International <br />Building and Fire Codes <br />November 4, 2013 <br />Page 2 <br />2013 California Electrical Code <br />2013 California Mechanical Code <br />2013 California Plumbing Code <br />2013 California Fire Code <br />2013 California Existing Building Code <br />2012 International Property Maintenance Code <br />2009 Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code <br />2009 Uniform Solar Energy Code <br />The Planning & Building Agency and Orange County Fire Authority are recommending that <br />certain changes and modifications be made to the 2013 Editions of the California Building, <br />Residential, Green Standards, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Existing Building <br />Codes that are reasonably necessary due to local conditions in the City of Santa Ana.
