AGMT - HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2013-03 <br />FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2450 NORTH BONNIE BRAE - Planning <br />and Building Agency <br /> <br />Historic Resources Commission approved recommended action on October 3, <br />2013 by a 5-0 vote (Hitterdale, Schaefer absent). <br /> <br /> Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />Council to execute an agreement with the property owner Andrea Michelle <br />Hopper, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />25C.
