XI. Recordation <br />The Developer and the City agree to permit recordation of this Inclusionary <br />Housing Agreement, or a memorandum of this Inclusionary Housing Agreement, <br />against the Property in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, <br />California. <br />XI I. Termination <br />This Inclusionary Housing Agreement shall be effective until all of the following <br />have been completed: <br />1.
