On April 21, 2003, the <br />Agency approved an amendment to the contract to expand the area of study. <br />There is now a need to increase the contract amount to conduct <br />environmental site assessment work for additional properties under <br />evaluation for future housing and commercial development. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />request is not considered a project; therefore, no further action is <br />required. <br />139 <br />
