LAND USE /PLANNING <br />A. Physically divide an established community? <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to SD -60 would not physically <br />divide any established communities or neighborhoods, in that SD- <br />60 is currently void of residential land uses. <br />B.
