Does the project have impacts <br />but cumulatively considerable? <br />No Impact <br />that are individually limited <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to SD -60 would not result in <br />any significant cumulative impacts, in that the proposed project <br />does not of involve any land use changes or changes in land use <br />intensities that would increase cumulative impacts within the <br />SD -60 project area. <br />C. Does the project have environmental effects, which will <br />cause substantial adverse effects on human beings either <br />directly or indirectly? <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to SD -60 would not directly <br />cause any substantial adverse effects on human beings in that <br />the proposed project would not involve any activities that would <br />cause adverse impacts on human beings. <br />XVIII. DETERMINATION <br />Based upon the evidence in light of the whole record documented <br />in the above evaluation and cited references, I find that the <br />proposed project would not have a significant impact on the <br />environment and a Negative Declaration has been prepared. <br />XVIV.
