To that end, staff requires the <br />assistance of a professional firm that is knowledgeable and experienced <br />in both commercial and residential real estate activities as conducted by <br />public agencies. Overland, Pacific and Cutler, Inc. (OPC) is a real <br />estate services organization with eleven offices throughout the country. <br />Its managing principal partners have more than 200 years of real estate <br />consulting experience.
