Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2005 -45. <br />2. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2005 -04 and <br />Specific Development Plan No. 78 (SD -78). <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2005 -20 as <br />conditioned. <br />4. Adopt <br />a resolution which will: <br />A. <br />Approve a Land Exchange Agreement between the City of Santa <br />Ana <br />and Steadfast SPE; <br />B. <br />Approve a Lease Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and <br />The <br />Bowers Museum for the construction of the museum expansion <br />and <br />related improvements; and, <br />C. <br />Approve an amendment to the Operating Agreement between <br />the <br />City of Santa Ana and The Bowers Museum. <br />D. <br />Authorize the City Manager to accept title to a portion of <br />the <br />Bowers parking lot at 1900 North Main Street owned by <br />the <br />Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana. <br />5 -3 <br />
