Property line. The inclusion of a 2 foot to 4 <br />foot wide planting area is highly encouraged along <br />chain link fencing or other wall separations be- <br />tween adjacent dealer properties. This planting <br />area shall be required in the area adjacent to the <br />common boundary between Lots #'6 and B7 and along the <br />other side property lines of Lot V. These planting <br />areas shall be fully planted with an approved ground - <br />cover, vines and a minimum 15- gallon size tree at a <br />maximum spacing of 20 feet O.C. <br />(ii) Tubular steel: It is recommended the pickets be a <br />minimum width of 3/4" and top and bottom rails be a <br />minimum cross sectional dimension of 1 ". All tubular <br />steel details must be approved by the Architectural <br />Review Board. It is recommended that tubular steel <br />fencing be painted to match the Auto Mall entry <br />fencing or a flat black color only. <br />(d) Bollards: Bollards placed on dealer property for vehicle <br />detainment purposes shall be designed and located on the <br />Redevelopment Agency plans by the landscape architect. <br />However, the bollards will be purchased and installed by <br />the auto dealers per the landscape architect's specifica- <br />tion.
