Si na e: <br />Each dealership shall be allowed one wall sign on each wall of a <br />building which faces a street; however, where there are two or more <br />buildings on a lot, only one such building shall be permitted a wall <br />sign per street frontage. The sign area shall not exceed forty (40) <br />percent of the signable area where located, to a maximum of two (2) <br />square feet of sign area per lineal foot of building frontage. <br />The signs should be located on the top showroom facia facing the main <br />street access and on a wall facing freeway view (if permitted by code). <br />These building signs must consist of individual neon box letters with <br />formed plexiglas faces in deep channel metal backs. The metal backs <br />may either be satin anodized aluminum or baked enamel steel (three <br />Inches deep). The plexiglas letters are to be kept in frame with an <br />extruded anodized aluminum V moulding retainer. The total height of <br />each of these letters is to be no greater than thirty -six inches. <br />No signage is allowed on the roof of any building. <br />Monument signs which are permitted pursuant to the following criteria <br />must not be greater than sixty square feet in area, and shall not ex- <br />ceed ten feet in height, including standard base. The base of these <br />signs is to be made of rough sand - blasted concrete with rounded ends, <br />eighteen inches high and must have a two -inch high, one -inch deep con- <br />trasting horizontal metal reveal all around, four inches from the top. <br />The length of the base shall be proportional to the length of the <br />- 17 - <br />
