2. The maximum height for the reader board sign shall be 70 feet <br />in height. <br />3. The maximum square footage of the sign face shall be 835 <br />square feet. <br />4. The copy for the area for individual dealer merchandise shall <br />be limited to either the registered logo or the manufacturer's <br />product name. Colors utilized shall be the standard auto <br />manufacturer's color code, which is typically a shade of red, <br />blue or black. <br />B. Freestanding Signs. <br />No permit shall be issued for a freestanding sign which does not <br />comply with the following standards: <br />1. Number. <br />a. No more than one freestanding sign advertising or <br />Identifying the same business activity shall be permitted <br />on each street frontage on which the integrated <br />development site has frontage. <br />b. The freestanding sign shall be located in a landscaped <br />planter having an area at least twice as large as the area <br />of one face of the sign. <br />c. No sign shall use mirrors reflecting a direct light source or <br />utilize flashing, blinking or sequenced lights.
