Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of <br />real property and escrow instructions acquiring a surplus portion of <br />4030 West McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, AP# 108 - 601 -03 for the amount <br />of $35,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br />2. Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of <br />real property and escrow instructions acquiring a surplus portion of <br />4030 West McFadden Avenue, Santa Ana, AP# 108 - 601 -03 for the amount <br />of $275,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />Recommended that the Community Redevelopment Agency: <br />1.
