A. METHODOLOGY <br />To obtain information necessary for the preparation of this Plan personal interviews were <br />conducted with 135 of 152 occupied households, followed up by efforts to compare <br />gathered information to the data provided by the Developer's property management staff. <br />Data for this Plan are accurate as of January 3, 2007. Seventeen households could not be <br />reached despite several attempts and the Developer's information, when available, was <br />used for preparation of this Plan. Eleven units were confirmed vacant at the time of the <br />interviews and one unit is and will remain an office. <br />B. SURVEY RESULTS <br />The known resident population within the Project totals 583 individuals. Among this group, <br />there are 392 adults and 191 children. The 164 units included in this Plan now contain 163 <br />rentable one bedroom apartments and one office. <br />1. In accordance with the <br />State Building Code, all households will meet the necessary occupancy standards <br />and be able to return to a rehabilitated unit in the Project. <br />2. Household Income <br />Income data were obtained from all 152 affected households.
