Increase, improve and preserve low and moderate - income housing <br />with the Low and Moderate - Income Housing Fund. <br />2. Meet inclusionary housing production and proportionality <br />spending obligations. <br />3. Meet replacement housing obligations, if applicable. <br />Some of the Community Redevelopment Agency accomplishments for the period <br />of July 2006 through December 2007 include the following: <br />• Promoted the growth of arts and culture in the museum district with <br />the expansion of the Bowers Museum. <br />• Facilitated completion of the construction of Phase I and Phase II <br />of the Santiago Street Lofts live -work project. <br />• Facilitated the expansion of dealerships and commenced construction <br />of landscape and signage improvements at the auto mall. <br />• Completed South Main street improvements including the Historic <br />Archway sign. <br />• Implemented the Facade Improvement Program for the South Main <br />Corridor. <br />• Initiated downtown public improvements. <br />• Facilitated capital improvements to the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center. <br />• Acquired and rehabilitated 24 units on 6th Street for low and very <br />low- income households. <br />• Acquired and rehabilitated 54 units on Ross and Durant for low and <br />very low- income households. <br />3 -2 <br />
