Joint Public Hearing - <br />DDA with OCCHC for Logan Property <br />August 18, 2008 <br />Page 3 <br />Construction of these homes will assist the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency in meeting their replacement and inclusionary housing obligations <br />and will assist the City in meeting the Regional Housing Needs <br />Assessment (RHNA) goals identified in the Housing Element. <br />On August 4 and August 11, 2008, notification was published in the <br />Orange County Reporter that a public hearing will be held with regard to <br />the proposed sale of the property located at 1006, 1012 and 1015 Logan <br />Street to the Orange County Community Housing Corporation. <br />CEQA COMPLIANCE <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review per Section 15061(b) (3) <br />as the project will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />General Rule Exemption Environmental Review No. 2008 -137 will be filed <br />for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Tax Increment Housing Set -Aside fund (account <br />no. 507 - 936- 6621).
