EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will perform the following services: <br />1. Provide software design and support; <br />2. Provide ongoing training and support to microcomputer users; <br />3. Undertake and complete various projects of a networking, hardware and /or <br />application software- related nature; <br />4. Perform minor network maintenance and support; <br />5. Provide minor hardware support; <br />6. Coordinate the above capacity within current and future project parameters of <br />consistency and standardization. <br />Payment rate: $60.00 per hour not to exceed $79,740 <br />3 -10 <br />
