Uses with a residential component also generate small quantities of
area source emissions derived from organic compounds from cleaning products, landscape
maintenance, etc. The contribution of this source is small and is incorporated in the analysis
below.
Operational emissions for proposed uses were calculated using CaIEEMod2011.1.1 for an
assumed project build -out year of 2016. The table below shows operational emissions for the
proposed residential and retail uses and assumes inclusion of gas hearths rather than wood
burning fireplaces.
The project would not cause any operational emissions to exceed their respective SCAQMD
CEQA significance thresholds. Operational emissions impacts are judged to be less than
significant.
Daily Operational Impacts
(254 Units and 2,400 square feet Retail use, 1,067 Daily Trips)
Source: CaIEEMod Output in Appendix
1501 F.
