The following items were received for the July 17, 2006 Closed Session. <br />95.A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54956.8. <br />Property: <br />Agency negotiator <br />Party with whom negotiating: <br />Under negotiation: <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br />Property on the west side of Sycamore <br />Street between Second & Third Streets <br />owned by The Olson Company, and <br />property on the southwest corner of Third <br />and Main Streets owned by the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency <br />Stephen G.
