LACY STREET <br />Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director to execute an agreement for the acquisition of <br />real property and escrow instructions acquiring the real property <br />located at 601 N. Lacy Street, Santa Ana, and identified as Assessor <br />Parcel Number 398 - 312 -08 from Floresminda Reyes for the amount of <br />$450,000 plus normal escrow and closing costs. <br />COMMENTS <br />6. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />AT THIS TIME the members of the public may address the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency boardmembers regarding any non - agenda items <br />within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Agency.
