10.6.4 Pipe joints shall not be located under foundation footings. The pipe under <br />the building or building foundation shall be 304 or 316 stainless steel and shall <br />not contain mechanical joints. <br />SECTION 68: That section 14 -49 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby deleted it its <br />entirety: <br />Sec. 8 -103. Reserved. <br />SECTION 69: That section 14 -57 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />such that it reads as follows: <br />Sec. 14 -57. Application for permit <br />The number of fireworks booths allowed to operate in the City of Santa Ana will <br />be limited to a maximum of 85 booths. Organizations that received a permit to operate a <br />firework booth in the previous year will have their operational permit automatically <br />renewed as long as the organization still meets the requirements listed in section 14 -56, <br />and have not had any violations of these regulations during the past operational season. <br />If the number of returning organizations is less than 85 the open fireworks booth <br />operation positions shall be filled by lottery during the following year fireworks season. <br />Lottery applications for a permit to operate a fireworks booth in the City of Santa <br />Ana must be received at the City of Santa Ana no later than 5:00 pm on April 15th of the <br />year the permit is to be issued. Lottery applications must be complete and all supporting <br />documents included with the application. Lottery applications need not have the booth <br />location, State Fire Marshal permit, or insurance documents submitted until after the <br />lottery is drawn. <br />If the firework coordinator determines that a lottery is to be run the lottery will be <br />drawn on the first working day after April 20th. <br />Returning organization applications and the remaining documentation for <br />selected lottery groups must be received at the City of Santa Ana no later than 5:00 pm <br />on May 1 st of the year the permit is to be issued. <br />All fireworks booth permit applications submitted with insufficient information or <br />missing documentation must be corrected before May 31st of the same year, or the first <br />working day after May 31 st if May 31 st lands on a weekend. <br />SECTION 70: That section 14 -60 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />such that it reads as follows: <br />Sec. 14 -60.
