SAPD Integrated Law Enforcement Solution RFP <br />Chapter 2: Vendor Response <br />c. Is software installation performed at the client site or <br />at the vendor's offices? Y/N <br />d. If software installation is performed at the client's site, is vendor staff on- <br />site to perform the installation, or is it accomplished remotely? <br />e. Define the required Police Department staff and related training during <br />implementation, testing and recurring support of the proposed solution: <br />f Upon completion of the system design, development, integration and <br />installation, and prior to the start of the functional systems test, the Police <br />Department requires that vendors conduct unit tests of all software to <br />demonstrate to the Police Department Project Manager or designee <br />satisfaction that the system and its components meet all required <br />functionality and adhere to the specifications and procedures incorporated in <br />the RFP and that the system operates as defined by the RFP. Describe any <br />objections: <br />3. Certification, System and Acceptance Testing <br />a. The selected vendor is expected to jointly develop mutually agreeable <br />system certification, acceptance and testing procedures. Please describe your <br />approach to such procedures. <br />4. Implementation Team Resources <br />a. Describe how you propose to supplement the Police Department's project <br />team. Describe the project organization for implementation, including: <br />• Project organization chart clearly illustrating lines of authority <br />• Number of resources, the role of each individual, and expected duration <br />and cost of service for each individual <br />• Identification of the (Prime) Vendor project manager responsible for <br />day -to -day operations for the project and on -site activities <br />■ Identification of the technical lead for the project, who will play the <br />primary hands -on leadership role in all technical aspects of the project <br />Include a resume for each member of the proposed implementation team. <br />19C -38 2.18 <br />
