ATTACHMENT A 2013 -DJ -BX -1065 <br />Strategies to be used for Project: <br />To accomplish the department's 2013 JAG project goal, the agency will obtain quotes from vendors that <br />can supply the identified service, technology and/or equipment needed. <br />Project Identifiers: <br />1) Electronic Monitoring, 2) System hnprovements <br />Budget & Budget Narrative: <br />Preliminary quotes have been obtained for the department's proposed program. The estimated cost is: <br />$17,800. <br />CONTRACT: <br />LexRay Moble Operations Center <br />LexRay video management system connector <br />Cost Totals <br />$12,000.00 <br />Note: Listed item is software /driver to interface with video management (ICMS) system physically <br />located at 3333 Bristol Street. <br />LexRay "smart tablet software" provided for (9) smart tablet devices $5,800.00 <br />Note: Listed items are software (user licenses) written to he installed in smart tablet devices, e.g. Ipaa; <br />smart phone, eta, to enable reception of video streamed from the the 3333 Bristol Street location. This <br />location encompasses (2) city blocks and has installed a CCTV network array of 200+ remote cameras <br />related to this project.
