Resolution to Adopt Addendum to FEIS /EIR <br />for Bristol Street Widening <br />December 2, 2013 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />• Replacement of the eastbound right -turn lane with a shared right -turn lane at <br />Bristol Street and 17th Street intersection. <br />• Installation of a high block wall along the second -line properties on the east side <br />between Washington Avenue and 17th Street to mitigate aesthetic impacts. <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Addendum to the <br />FEIS /EIR in accordance with the CEQA requirements so that the project can proceed with the <br />right -of -way phase. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Pursuant to Section 15164(d) of the California Environmental Quality Act, City Council shall <br />consider adopting a resolution approving the Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact <br />Statement /Environmental Impact Report. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Edwin "William" Galvez, P.E. <br />Interim Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />EWG /KN <br />Exhibits: 1.
